Developed in collaboration with D2H Advanced Technologies, this cutting-edge system dramatically increases our calibration capacity and paves the way for high-volume production capabilities.
As part of a £3 million investment in our SAWsense business, this innovation marks a major leap forward. The £200k calibration rig is the first step in a larger pilot production project, designed to not only double our calibration capacity but also to demonstrate and develop next-generation sensor solutions.
With the ability to calibrate torque sensor systems up to 2,500 Nm (1,844 ft-lbs) across extreme temperatures from -20°C to +180°C (-4°F to +356°F), this system is built for precision. It features digitally controlled variable load capabilities, real-time smart data logging, and continuous monitoring—ensuring the highest accuracy and reliability.
