TIRETASK provides software solutions to digitalise and automate all work steps related to the care of tyres in truck & bus fleets and reduce costs in the fleet on the basis of the collected data.
Tiretask is aimed equally at tyre dealers, tyre service centres and fleet operators. Tyre data can be digitally recorded and the condition of the tyres documented via the TIRERTASK app. All data is then compiled, automatically processed and evaluated in the TIRETASK web application.
Translogik utilises the TLGX devices to enable the quick and accurate measurement of tread depth and air pressure as well as the reading of the RIFD chips in the tyres. The devices are simply connected to the TIRETASK app via Bluetooth and enable fast and efficient tyre testing. The connection of the TLGX tools leaves a lot of room for programming and makes it easy to add individual functions.
TIRETASK has succeeded in developing a software that digitally maps all work processes and is easy to use for everyone. With the help of the software and in combination with the TLGX-Series from Translogik, vehicles can be inspected much faster. Thanks to digital recording, there is transparency at a glance about the condition of all vehicles and tyres in the fleet. The evaluation of the collected data helps numerous fleets to significantly reduce their tyre wear and fuel consumption. In addition, future purchasing requirements can be forecast and punctures can be prevented for more safety in road traffic.
Goodyear set out to enhance their commercial vehicle fleet management tools, helping their customers to reduce costs, increase fuel efficiency and ensure tires last throughout their advertised life cycle.
Translogik provided its proprietary handheld tyre inspection tools which are used to measure and record both tread depth and tire pressure. This hardware connects to the Goodyear FOS Mobile application ensuring accurate and reliable tire data is sent and recorded instantly.
TLGX tire diagnostic tools provided by Translogik have been integrated into the Goodyear FOS Mobile system, and clients of Goodyear such as TM Logistics enjoyed savings on tire longevity and fuel savings made possible by Translogik's tire inspection equipment.
Fleetsense Tyre Management is a TMS which gives fleet owners the tools they need for in-house inventory management and tyre intelligence. This system offers the option of implementing tamper-proof RFID technology as an added layer of secure tyre identification. RFID helps to minimise the labour involved with physical tyre inspections while greatly reducing the margin of error connected to manual data gathering.
Fleetsense makes use of Translogik’s TLGX RFID enabled tyre probes to ensure fast and reliable tyre inspections. Fleets can also use Fleetsense without RFID, in which case tyre locations and positions or visual serial numbers are used as primary identification. In this case we make use of the standard non-RFID enabled Translogik probes. These probes are used in conjunction with the Fleetsense mobile app which can be installed on any compatible Android mobile device. Translogik’s hardware greatly reduce tyre inspection times while increasing accuracy and ease of use.
When the Fleetsense mobile app is used in conjunction with a Translogik probe, tyre inspections can be done in automatic mode, allowing the user to measure tyre pressures and tread depths of multiple tyres with minimal interaction with the Fleetsense app. A tyre’s RFID tag is scanned, tread depths and pressure is measured, each successful measurement being followed by a beep and vibration on both the probe and mobile device to let the operator know that the data is sent and received correctly. Once the pressure reading is successfully received by the app it processes the ingested data and the user can identify and measure the next tyre without the need of interacting with the app. This method is a huge leap from the manual measurements and data entry we employed before switching over to Translogik probes.
ContiFleetCheck is a tool to manage, view and audit all details regarding vehicle fleet. Continetal required a durable and tested probing device to connect and integrate with it’s Conti360 System.
Tranglogik Provided its TL-G1 probes, which have a proven track record in successful integrations in similar applications. Working together with Continental they were able to develop a white-label solution, completing the Conti360∫ FleetCheck system.
Conti360∫ FleetCheck has gone on to be one of the most popular and trusted fleet management tools. Powered by Translogik's TL-G1 Probe which is renowned for its accuracy and durability in the field, Continental was able to provide a highly useful and respected product to its clients.
